On-Site / Hybrid (Based on Business Needs) Lead Projects. Drive Results. Make an Impact. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Lead to join our growing team in Laredo. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and has a proven ability to manage projects from initiation through successful completion. As a Project Lead, you will oversee project planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and team coordination while ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, technology, finance, and business stakeholders. Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies. Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices. Track KPIs, project performance metrics, and deliverable quality. Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across project lifecycles. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong professional relationships. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of project management, project coordination, or leadership experience. Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple initiatives effectively. Preferred Qualifications PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification. Experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment. Knowledge of risk management, process improvement, and change management practices. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
