Job Description
Build More Than Roofs. Build a Career. XYZ Roofing & Restorations is one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in South Texas. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead our commercial roofing operations and help us continue our growth across Texas. This is not a desk-only position, and it is not a field-only position. We are looking for a professional who can successfully manage commercial roofing projects from contract signing through final completion while coordinating crews, suppliers, materials, schedules, and project documentation. - Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish
- Review plans, specifications, and project documents
- Perform material takeoffs and calculate waste factors
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries
- Schedule crews, subcontractors, and equipment
- Track project budgets and profitability
- Process submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and field personnel
- Maintain project documentation and job files
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Conduct project kickoff and progress meetings
- Assist with estimating and pre-construction planning when needed ⸻ Qualifications Required
- Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing project management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems:
- TPO
- PVC
- Modified Bitumen
- Coatings
- Metal Roofing Systems
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
- Valid driver's license Preferred
- Experience with public and private commercial projects
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Experience with submittals, RFIs, and project closeouts
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) ⸻ What Success Looks Like
