Job Description
Description Manage projects from start to finish—owning scope, schedule, and budget Develop project plans, including Project Management Plans and QA/QC processes Build and maintain project schedules and track progress Coordinate with internal teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality outcomes Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Manage change orders, task proposals, and project documentation Communicate key updates and project status to stakeholders Prepare progress reports, review invoices, and lead client presentations Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project delivery Understand client goals and tailor execution to meet expectations Participate in project financial reviews and internal reporting Assist leadership with proposal efforts, including Go/No-Go decisions and interviews Support marketing initiatives and help identify new opportunities Collaborate with office leadership on strategic growth planning Skills Project management, project engineering, design, Project coordination, CAPM, PMP, Local clients Top Skills Details Project management,project engineering,design,Project coordination Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) or related field Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license 10+ years of relevant experience Strong project management and leadership experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of McKinney, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
