Our teams support refineries, midstream facilities, processing plants, and other critical energy infrastructure through hydroblasting, chemical cleaning, CIP services, fin fan cleaning, and specialty maintenance projects. We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support field operations and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, field crews, operations leadership, and subcontractors to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Role:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating multiple field projects from planning through completion. This position works closely with Operations Managers, Foremen, and customers to manage schedules, resources, project documentation, equipment logistics, and communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in oil and gas, industrial services, turnaround support, or field operations management and possesses a strong understanding of project execution in demanding industrial environments. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor multiple projects simultaneously across various customer sites. Work with Operations Management to develop project schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocations. Track project progress, milestones, labor utilization, equipment deployment, and completion status. Coordinate field crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to ensure project readiness. Serve as a primary communication link between customers, field personnel, and management. Assist with project planning, job reviews, and pre-job meetings. Monitor project costs, labor hours, equipment usage, and productivity metrics. Ensure required customer documentation, permits, safety paperwork, and compliance records are completed accurately. Support mobilization and demobilization activities for field projects. Attend pre-bid meetings and perform site walks Identify project risks, scheduling conflicts, and operational challenges and communicate solutions proactively. Assist with customer updates, project reporting, and closeout documentation. Maintain accurate project records and reports within company systems. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in oil and gas, industrial cleaning, industrial services, turnaround operations, maintenance services, or related field operations. Experience coordinating or managing multiple field projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of industrial job site operations and workforce management. Ability to interpret project scopes, schedules, and operational requirements. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required. Must live in Midland, TX. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in refineries, midstream facilities, petrochemical plants, or industrial service environments. Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent). Experience with scheduling software, ERP systems, or field service management platforms. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety requirements.
