$120,000•$160,000 per year Job Details•We are on the hunt for an experienced, dynamic, and motivated Data Center Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal to our operations in the Construction industry, and we are looking for someone who can effectively manage and deliver data center construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of project plans while ensuring compliance with budget and timeline constraints. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in heavy industrial, engineering & instrumentation, core, and shell.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of data center construction projects from initiation to completion. 2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, milestones, budgets, and timelines. 3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. 4. Review and approve project designs and proposals. 5. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate solutions. 6. Ensure project compliance with all industry standards and regulations. 7. Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to all stakeholders. 8. Foster a culture of safety and quality, ensuring all work complies with safety standards. 9. Manage project resources effectively and efficiently. 10. Evaluate project performance and provide detailed reports and feedback.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing data center construction projects. 3. Proficiency in heavy industrial, instrumentation, core, and shell. 4. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale construction projects. 5. Strong understanding of construction industry standards and regulations. 6. Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource management. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate project risks. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate with a diverse team. 9. Proficiency in project management software and tools. 10. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
