$25-$35/hr Fully Onsite Overview We are seeking a Spare Parts Project Coordinator to support the OEM Spare Parts business for a leading turbomachinery services organization. This role will be responsible for coordinating spare parts projects, developing Bills of Materials (BOMs), creating materials in SAP, and ensuring on-time delivery of critical components for turbomachinery service projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the turbomachinery, rotating equipment, oil & gas, or petrochemical industries and possess strong project coordination and material management skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support OEM spare parts projects from inquiry through execution. Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, and inspection procedures. Create and manage material master data in SAP. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and service teams to support project execution. Monitor project schedules and proactively address material or delivery issues. Support on-time delivery initiatives through regular follow-up with internal stakeholders. Review and approve Assembly Bills of Materials (ASBOMs). Resolve spare parts delivery and lead-time challenges. Investigate and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as required. Support continuous improvement efforts and departmental objectives. Required Qualifications Experience in the turbomachinery, rotating equipment, or related industry. Experience creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs). Strong project coordination experience supporting spare parts or aftermarket services. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial environment. Preferred Qualifications SAP experience, including material master creation. Knowledge of Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs). Experience managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). OEM service or aftermarket support experience. Relevant industry certifications. Top 3 Must-Haves ? Turbomachinery or rotating equipment experience ? SAP and BOM creation experience ?
