Job Description

Position Overview Seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of large-scale multifamily construction projects throughout the Dallas market. This role will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams on mid/high-rise and podium-style developments, assisting with budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall project administration. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day management of ground-up multifamily construction projects Support budgeting, cost tracking, scheduling, procurement, and project reporting Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and field personnel Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Participate in OAC meetings and maintain clear communication with project teams Utilize Procore, Smartsheet, and related construction management software Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in construction project management or field engineering Multifamily construction experience preferred; podium, mid-rise, or high-rise experience is a plus Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project coordination Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management platforms Familiarity with Smartsheet and Primavera is preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Bonus potential Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) PTO, vehicle/truck allowance included Work Environment Full-time on-site role supporting projects across North Dallas Collaborative team environment working alongside PMs, Superintendents, and field leadership
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
