Project Manager of Project Business

As a Project Manager - Project Business, you will be responsible for managing the execution of large and complex customer orders within our Make-to-Order (MTO) framework. This role is pivotal in aligning customer requirements with Hilti's global resources, ensuring seamless collaboration across field teams, hub offices, and our distribution network to deliver successful, high-impact projects. What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree, required Engineering degree, preferred Master's degree, preferred Minimum three (3) years' Construction or similar Project Management experience, required High level of functional expertise regarding Supply Chain operations, processes, and systems Knowledge of ERP software required, SAP preferred Experience documenting processes and communicating changes Lean Explorer Certified, preferred Ability to de-escalate and influence others without direct authority Ability to coach, mentor and train others Ability to effectively communicate cross functionally and with team members as well as stakeholders at different levels of the organization, spoken and written Legal Notice Hilti, Inc is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
