SCV Job Description:

Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery) Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget Track project progress and provide regular status updates Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams and if required, salesforce team Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) Coordinate cross-functional teams: Developers, Administrators, QA engineers, Architects Remove blockers and ensure team productivity Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing processes Oversee UAT, release management, and deployment cycles Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and governance Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices Maintain documentation for solution design and processes
