Job Description
Administrative Project Coordinator University of Texas at Dallas

- Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.
- Greet and provide excellent customer service at the front desk of Executive Education Center. Serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors, offering information and directing inquiries appropriately. Purchasing
- Manage purchasing, order placement, tracking, and inventory for program supplies and catering. Prepare and reconcile monthly credit card report. Room Reservations
- Manage, review, analyze and coordinate Executive Education room reservations for course, events and programs. Collaborate effectively with all UT Dallas departments to support operational and administrative functions. Assist in coordinating program events, including student activities, department meetings, and facilitating room and resource access. Administrative
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Associate Dean and the Executive Education department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence with students, faculty, and external constituents.
