Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and project scheduling, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals. Responsibilities Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations. Utilize construction management software such as Heavy Job for project planning and execution. Review contracts and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Prepare schematics and project documentation. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions as necessary. Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and adherence to safety standards. Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and tools. Familiarity with construction management software is preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts. Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
