Maintain regular project status updates, including risks, milestones, and progress reports for stakeholders. Verify project completion against design specifications and quality standards during the final inspection phase. Prepare comprehensive project close-out documentation, including as-built records, vendor contacts, and sign-off forms. Ensure compliance with all safety, technical, and operational standards throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Demonstrated experience managing RF-shielded or specialized laboratory enclosure installations or build-outs. Strong background in construction project management, including vendor sourcing and subcontractor supervision. Proven ability to coordinate multi-site logistics and materials transfer. Skilled in reading and interpreting technical design plans and RF chamber specifications. Proficient in project management methodologies, including scheduling, risk management, and documentation. On-site availability in Richardson, TX, and willingness to work at the project location. Excellent communication skills for effective interfacing with vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams. Familiarity with laboratory infrastructure or EMC testing environments is preferred. PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is a plus.
