We also embrace the opportunity to take on projects that go beyond the typical Division 10 items. Our in-house installation capabilities afford us enhanced project control, ensuring we meet the unique needs of our customers. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee multiple concurrent Division 10 construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing project schedules, material procurement, field coordination, and client communication in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong construction management knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with field crews, vendors, estimators, architects, owners, and senior leadership. Responsibilities Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent Division 10 projects, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. Identify project risks, including material lead times, coordination conflicts, and code compliance issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and manage shop drawings and technical submittals for architect and owner approval. Source materials and solicit quotes from specialized vendors while ensuring compliance with project specifications. Track material lead times and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery for installation. Ensure all materials are ordered and received in accordance with project schedules. Collaborate with estimating teams to establish accurate budgets and perform cost analysis for complex bids. Assist with bidding projects as requested by senior staff. Assist with client billing and project administrative documentation as needed. Coordinate material deliveries, staging, and jobsite readiness. Assist field teams with obtaining field measurements prior to material procurement. Collect and review daily reports from field crews to document installation progress. Enforce company safety standards and report any violations to senior staff. Ensure field crews have the tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform their work efficiently. Maintain consistent communication with field personnel regarding project status and scheduling updates. Provide responsive and professional communication to clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members. Conduct all business activities with a high level of professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Experience in construction project management, preferably within Division 10 specialties or commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction documents, shop drawings, submittals, and procurement processes. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience coordinating with field crews, vendors, architects, and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software. Knowledge of construction scheduling and budgeting practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Division 10 products and installations. Familiarity with commercial construction bidding processes. OSHA or construction safety training/certifications. Experience reading architectural and construction drawings.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL TBS EMPLOYEES
Physically capable of navigating active jobsites. Physically capable of walking on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Use 10—50 lbs. of force frequently to move objects.
