We are looking for a hands-on project leader with strong IC market acumen, a passion project management and execution of full-custom integrated circuit development which includes quality management protocols and best practices. As our Project Manager of IC Development , you should have specific technical expertise in a broad range of process technologies and complex, high-performance circuits with applications such as Neurostimulation, Ultrasound, ROICs, Wireless Transceivers, Energy Harvesting, Sensor Interface and more. Richardson, TX, Full Time (Hybrid work mode) Responsibilities Apply your passion for servant leadership of high-performance silicon realization teams to drive business success and positive company culture with specific responsibilities that include: Serve as a key staff member of the Program Management Office (PMO) and provide leadership and project management expertise to development of teams. Lead development teams in all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, resource planning, budget, supplier contracts and project metrics. A strong, engineering knowledge of IC design flows and functions is expected. Lead in the development of product concept planning to product implementation and execution planning. Development of detailed schedules identifying critical paths and schedule risk mitigations. Manage cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface with IC Enable management and our customer. Strong communication skills are a must. Represent IC Enable at an executive level in negotiations with suppliers, IP vendors and foundries Set goals for customer satisfaction and quality of deliverables for all projects Support quality management continuous improvement activities at the business and team level Continuously grow yourself and your organization's performance through proactive thinking on personal, design and technology training Ability to be hands-on and flexible across multiple functional roles from proposal to production supply chain management Manage your organization's financial and project objectives as well as proactively seeking out new business opportunities Qualifications BS/MS/PhD in Applicable Field with 3+ years of experience in IC product design, or equivalent Understanding of digital and analog/mixed signal design (digital front end and RF experience is desired) Proven record of technical project leadership success developing integrated circuits and hitting scheduled milestones.
