POSITION OVERVIEW
•Senior Project Director The Senior Project Director•EPC is responsible for running all aspects of a design, design/build, EPCM and/or construction project. Responsible for all scope, schedule, budget, safety, and team management. Must be able to run reimbursable or fixed price projects greater than $1 billion.

$180,000•$240,000 annually
Annual Bonus:
Target 25%
SCHEDULE
Full-time, Monday-Friday Hybrid/On-site depending on project assignment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Project Director Lead the full EPC project lifecycle from proposal development through project completion Support business development efforts, project pursuits, client presentations, and bid strategy development Participate in acquisition of new project opportunities and help secure future work Direct engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls activities Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, and commercial performance Maintain accountability for project profitability and financial performance Oversee multidisciplinary teams including engineering, construction, procurement, project controls, and subcontractors Coordinate closely with engineering leadership to ensure alignment between design intent and field execution Drive constructability reviews and execution planning throughout project development Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and stakeholders Lead project reporting, forecasting, change management, and executive-level communications Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, quality expectations, and contractual obligations Mentor and develop project management staff and future project leaders
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred 10-15+ years of experience within EPC, Design-Build, Engineering, Construction, or Industrial Project Management environments Experience leading major capital projects ranging from multi-million-dollar developments to billion-dollar programs Demonstrated success managing projects from project pursuit through final turnover Strong understanding of engineering deliverables, design coordination, procurement, and construction execution Experience working directly with engineering teams throughout project execution Experience managing fixed-price and reimbursable contracts • Strong commercial, financial, and contractual management skills Proven experience participating in project bidding, estimating, proposal development, or project pursuits Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
