RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
: The Project Manager (PM) will drive the execution of programs and work directly with the Product Line Managers to meet schedules and remain under budget while exceeding customer expectations The PM should have experience successfully communicating internal assessment of program proposals to customer-facing Account Managers and key functional team managers/directors The PM will also be responsible for ensuring close interaction and coordination between the programs and manufacturing operations, including Design, Assembly, Test, Quality, and Logistics functions; functions are often not co-located, so successful management of local teams in Hanoi along with remote team (including international teams in US and China) and effective meeting management are critical to success.
REQUIREMENTS
: Bachelors Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Engineering or equivalent with 2 or more years of experience in program/project management Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred PMP certification will be an added advantage Technical experience (e.g., design, product engineering, applications engineering, etc.) will be desired Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must Ability to read and understand customer drawings and specification required Ability to coordinate discussions and action plans with internal engineering, operations, and business unit teams required Proficient with Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project Proven ability to influence and drive internal suppliers and customers and cross-functional teams without formal authority This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.
