In the role of Federal Project Manager, we'll count on you to: Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single - discipline projects or large, routine projects. Role will also directly support Senior Project Management team on large scale projects. Actively participates in project pursuits and developing project scope Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with multidisciplinary staff Develop, maintain, and update engineering schedules and spending plans; track progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to check work is completed within approved schedule and cost parameters. Facilitates/participates in project reviews in collaboration with Accounting and technical team management. Provide project management services as a staffaugmented resource, operating as part of the client's daytoday project team. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture Professional Engineering (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) (AIA) license PMP Certification #LI-KT1 Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field 7 years related experience A minimum of 2 years project management experience Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe HDR is our company.
