Journeyman Management Analyst

ECS Federal is seeking a Journeyman Management Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency's Enterprise Support Activities, Business Analytics Division (ESA-BAD). This position plays a critical role in improving organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency within the Military Health System (MHS) enterprise.

In this role, you will: Conduct organizational studies and evaluationsDesign systems and proceduresConduct simplification and measurement studies and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.

Evaluate program performance against established metrics and strategic objectives.

Serve as a management consultant to internal stakeholders on operational matters.

Provide recommendations to leadership on resource allocation and organizational structure.

Develop analytical reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership.

Document findings, recommendations, and develop implementation plans for management review.

Facilitate working groups and meetings to drive consensus on process changes.
