This position plays a critical role in improving organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency within the Military Health System (MHS) enterprise. In this role, you will: Conduct organizational studies and evaluations Design systems and procedures Conduct simplification and measurement studies and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement. Evaluate program performance against established metrics and strategic objectives. Serve as a management consultant to internal stakeholders on operational matters. Provide recommendations to leadership on resource allocation and organizational structure. Develop analytical reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership. Document findings, recommendations, and develop implementation plans for management review. Facilitate working groups and meetings to drive consensus on process changes.

Requirements:

Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools Knowledge of federal acquisition and program management frameworks Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations Project management and organizational skills Collaborative mindset with ability to work across diverse teams Attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables
