Planview Administrator

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Planview Administrator for an on-site contract in San Antonio, TX .

Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and administer the Planview system Ensure data accuracy across portfolios and resource planning Support AgilePlace and ProjectPlace environments Track project progress and assist project managers with daily needs Create clear documentation, process guides, and user materials Build and update Planview dashboards and Power BI reports Provide user support and explain system processes in simple terms Work independently and manage daily tasks with minimal direction

Minimum Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience administering and configuring Planview 2-3 years' experience with AgilePlace and/or ProjectPlace 3+ years of extensive experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query a plus) 2+ years of previous experience building or maintaining Power BI reports Strong communication skills with experience supporting PMs or end users Ability to document processes clearly and train users effectively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of previous experience in PMO, PPM, or project/portfolio management environments 2+ years of knowledge of integrations with ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps Experience developing workflows, templates, or custom configurations in Planview Experience with process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
