In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver high-quality results that make a lasting impact. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, schematics, blueprints, and contractual obligations. Utilize construction management software like JobTread for tracking progress, managing documentation, and updating schedules. Read and interpret schematics to verify project specifications and resolve design discrepancies promptly. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain project scope and control costs effectively. Monitor project progress regularly through site visits and project scheduling tools; address issues proactively to keep projects on track. Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards while maintaining efficient time management practices. Experience Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the heavy civil or commercial construction sectors. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and familiarity with contracts management. Hands-on experience with construction site operations, including blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. Strong understanding of project scheduling principles and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining excellent communication skills across all stakeholders.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
