This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects from start to finish, coordinating with onsite teams, and ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and at a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from planning through completion including scoping, bidding, permitting, scheduling, and final inspections Manage and coordinate vendors and contractors across multiple properties Review bids, negotiate pricing, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards Monitor project budgets and track expenses Prepare financial forecasts and cost benefit updates for leadership Ensure all work complies with Texas regulations and San Antonio building codes Communicate project updates to regional and onsite teams Coordinate with onsite staff to minimize resident disruption during construction Conduct regular site visits to verify progress, workmanship, and material quality Support market ready unit turns, exterior improvements, and major repair projects Qualifications 3 to 5 years of project management experience in construction, real estate development, or multifamily property management Strong proficiency in Google Suite and project management software Excellent communication and relationship building skills Bilingual English and Spanish is highly preferred for the San Antonio market Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once Strong problem-solving skills and a results driven mindset Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred Who Thrives in This Role Someone who enjoys leading projects and taking ownership Someone who communicates clearly with contractors and onsite teams Someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Someone who values quality, accountability, and strong follow through Compensation and Benefits Annual pay range is $70,304 to $115,000 Medical, dental, and vision insurance with dependent coverage options Life insurance and disability insurance 401K with employer matching Rent discounts for eligible employees
