Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. May supervise or mentor lower level team members. Responsibilities Manages resources, schedules, financials and adhere to project management internal control guidelines throughout the full systems life cycle. Conducts project meetings and provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and works creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence. Provides analytical guidance and provides status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Develops and recommends budgeting, cost controls, planning, scheduling, and procedural changes. Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Critical Thinking Skills

Education:
Bachelor's Degree degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
Experience:
Seven (7) years of experience managing increasingly complex projects is required.
Licenses & Certifications:
