Senior Project Manager•Living Sector (Based in STL or TX/ Travel to TX required) Position Summary The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of large and/or complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees all aspects of project performance including financial outcomes, schedule adherence, subcontractor management, quality, and safety. The Senior Project Manager is a strategic leader who builds strong relationships with clients and project partners, mentors internal teams, and drives continuous improvement across project delivery. This is a critical leadership role within the Operations team and requires the ability to manage competing priorities, resolve complex issues, and execute projects aligned with PARIC's high standards of excellence. Responsibilities Lead the execution of large-scale or complex construction projects, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations Manage project financials including forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and the monthly pay application processDrive subcontractor buyout, contract execution, change order management, and trade partner performanceDevelop, update, and manage project schedules and site logistics plans in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholdersCultivate strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and other partners through effective communication and proactive issue resolutionOversee and enforce compliance with all project-specific and PARIC safety and quality standardsMentor and develop project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growthOther duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field10+ years of commercial construction experience, including leadership of large or complex projectsProficiency in project financial management, scheduling, contract administration, and subcontractor managementStrong understanding of construction techniques, safety regulations, and quality standardsExperience with industry software platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6)Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred:
LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable building practicesExperience with Design-Build and CMAR delivery methodsStrategic thinking and business development acumenAbility to mentor, coach, and grow high-performing project teams Why Join Us?
