As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that drive operational improvements, business transformation, and strategic growth. You'll help turn organizational goals into actionable plans by leading cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities, and delivering impactful results that support both the business and its people. In this role, you'll play a critical part in improving processes, strengthening collaboration, and ensuring projects are executed effectively from start to finish. You'll work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, building alignment, driving accountability, and creating clear communication throughout each phase of a project. Success in this position requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage risk proactively, and continuously improve project delivery while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes and team success. Day-to-Day Responsibilities As a Senior Project Manager, you will: Lead multiple large-scale, complex projects from initiation through implementation in alignment with enterprise objectives Develop and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and interdependencies Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams while driving accountability and execution across all workstreams Identify, assess, and resolve project risks, issues, and roadblocks to maintain project momentum Apply project management and change management best practices, methodologies, and governance standards Track, analyze, and communicate project performance, progress, and key updates to stakeholders and leadership Ensure project deliverables, documentation, and processes are accurate, complete, and consistently maintained Mentor and support project managers and project teams to strengthen overall project execution and delivery Compensation & Benefits As a Senior Project Manager, you may receive: Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus opportunities Generous paid time off and company holidays Flexible work arrangements or wellness-focused time off programs Paid parental leave 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Career development and advancement opportunities Employee assistance and scholarship programs Employee discounts on meals, wireless services, fitness memberships, technology, and other services Recognition and rewards programs celebrating employee contributions and milestones Required Qualifications As a Senior Project Manager, you must have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience 8+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex initiatives Proven experience managing large, cross-functional, multi-workstream projects Strong understanding of project management and organizational change management methodologies Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, evolving environments Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction Experience translating strategic business objectives into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities Proficiency with project planning, reporting, and collaboration tools Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates who have: Experience supporting enterprise transformation or large-scale strategic initiatives Experience mentoring or coaching project managers and project teams Strong financial acumen related to budgeting, forecasting, and return on investment analysis Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and teams without direct authority Experience working in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or other customer-focused industries
