Full-Time Imperial Utilities & Sustainability, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Analyst to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a highly organized, analytical professional who enjoys solving complex problems, managing projects, working with clients, and being on a team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing client deliverables, analyzing large datasets, working on special projects with a high degree of critical thinking, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Analyze and interpret large datasets with a high degree of accuracy Prepare reports, recommendations, and client deliverables Work on special projects for customers that require a high degree of creativity, critical thinking and problem solving. Oversee project workflows and quality control Assist in mentoring team members Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in project management, business analytics, operations, or a related field Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Swift Work Pace Experience leading projects and coordinating team members Bachelor's degree required Who Will Succeed in This Role The ideal candidate is someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, communicates effectively with a wide range of people, and consistently produces high-quality work.
