Assistant Project Manager salary up to ~$130k 110k to 130k base + bonus + strong benefits If you are an APM who's looking for more responsibility and career growth potential - this is worth a look.
What you get:
110k to 130k base salary ~10% bonus potential 401k with 4% match ~90% of health dental vision covered Unlimited PTO (team averages 3 to 4 weeks) What you will do: Help lead projects from estimate to closeout Coordinate budgets, schedules, and field teams Work directly with clients and leadership Drive change orders, cost tracking, and execution What you bring: 5+ years construction experience Strong field and project coordination background Construction Management degree or similar preferred but not required Benefits 401k w/ up to 4% match Unlimited PTO (on average employees take 3-4 weeks off per year) ~90% of medical/dental/vision insurance paid for by employer
Bonus:
Targeted at ~10% annually, based on individual and company performance. This is a discretionary performance bonus and is not guaranteed.
