Full Time SummaryThe Projects Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, implementation, and tracking of transportation and logistics projects at DSV. The supervisor will manage project teams, resources, and budgets to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage transportation and logistics projects from initiation to closure, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and controlling
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects align with business goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project success
  • Assist with the development of project management methodologies and tools to improve project efficiency and effectiveness Educational background / Work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics project management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is preferred Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Processes Supervisory Responsibilities (if any)
  • Responsible for managing project teams Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
  • Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) Language Skills
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) Computer Literacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

For this position, the expected base pay range is $72,500 - $109,000 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
