Senior Automation Project Manager Lead end-to-end delivery of automation projects from PO through deployment and in some cases, post implementation support. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements Manage multiple, concurrent automation initiatives with varying complexity levels Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; develop mitigation plans Participate in the quote, plan, and Project Manage FEED engagements Hold yourself and project team accountable for overall project financial profitability (GP), scope, schedule, and quality Maintain full customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle to encourage repeat business Achieve key stakeholder objectives while meeting customer demands Follow the approved project management processes to ensure project success Assist leadership with establishing project governance, standards, and best practices Present project updates, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership as required Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
Education/Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Computer) or Business degree with equivalent years of experience in technical field(s) Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or SCRUM certification preferred Working knowledge of the National Electric Code a plus
Experience/Skills:
8+ years of Project Management experience, including proficiency in project execution standards and strategies 5+ years in DCS, PLC, or SCADA automation Proven track record with customers in managing projects Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams Proficient in use of common computer software programs: Microsoft Office, Visio and Project primarily Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and P&IDs Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
