Onsite, Project Locations very Reports to: Justin Gowan Join the Team That Lifts the Heavy Stuff Panorama Demolition, LLC provides precise, safe, sustainable, and cost-effective end of life services to wind farms across the United States. We specialize in complete wind farm decommissioning, retirement, and critical event reclamation. We strive to upcycle or recycle all components of the turbine and partner with our customers in our mission to be good stewards of safety, community and the environment. This role is a position in our operations department service as a project manager over seeing all aspects of the project execution from loading components, hauling components out, cutting up components, felling components, and managing multiple crews. What You ll Do Serve as the company representative onsite with the clients. Attend daily PODs Have direct supervision and control of the contractors working at the Project Site Review plans and SOWs before work starts Serve as approver for SOPs, site visit logs, safety and compliance procedures, permits, project documents and other work methods required in the licensed trade Perform periodic audits during the project Call a stop work if any code violations occur Perform all required and requested compliance documentation Communicate daily with supervision and team leadership Preferably experience with scrape metal and leading teams
