This role works closely alongside the Superintendent and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Project Manager plays a central role in maintaining clear communication, strong coordination, and smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Superintendent and project team to ensure seamless coordination across all aspects of the jobsite Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans Monitor cost performance and project milestones Maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders Support daily jobsite operations by proactively addressing challenges Ensure compliance with company safety programs and policies Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies Prepare project reports and documentation as required Qualifications 5-10+ years of construction project experience Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Strong communication and teamwork skills Solid understanding of construction processes and cost control Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Benefits Health Insurance Dental & Vision 401(k) ESOP company-funded ownership with long-term wealth potential Paid Time Off Paid Holidays
