Position Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects while coordinating manpower, materials, subcontractors, schedules, financial performance, and client relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage mechanical and plumbing construction projects from startup through closeout Review contract documents, plans, specifications, and scopes of work Develop and maintain project schedules and manpower planning Track budgets, job costs, labor productivity, and profitability Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders Coordinate with field supervision, subcontractors, vendors, and clients Attend project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements Assist with billing, forecasting, and monthly cost reporting Support project closeout documentation including as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and training Qualifications 3+ years of experience in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or commercial construction project management Strong understanding of construction documents and specifications Experience with federal/DOD or healthcare projects is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and project management software preferred Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and change management processes Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement benefits Career growth opportunities within a growing company Supportive team environment
