Project Coordinator

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, providing clear updates and ensuring alignment with project timelines Manage scheduling of inspections, material orders, deliveries, and subcontractor activities Coordinate subcontractors and verify compliance with timelines and quality standards Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and upload photos and reports to project management software Resolve day-to-day issues promptly to keep projects on track Coordinate project activities by liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using JobTread, a construction management software Support the review and interpretation of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project planning and execution Track project progress, update schedules regularly, and identify potential delays or issues early to implement corrective actions Manage documentation including client selections, change orders, bid requests, and vendor work orders to ensure compliance and traceability Utilize JobTread to support project workflows Requirements & Qualifications Proficiency with JobTread, Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct, or similar platforms preferred but not required Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel to job sites required) Knowledge of Houston-area building codes and permitting processes is a plus but not required This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in construction project management.
