based on experience Job Summary ETC is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Candidates must have at least 2 years of construction industry experience and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively with customers and subcontractors, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications -
Assistant Project Manager Required:
Minimum 2 years of construction industry experience Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Clean driving record
Preferred:
Project management experience Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Experience with Procore, Autodesk, or similar construction management software Experience with QuickBooks Online Experience coordinating subcontractors and project schedules Responsibilities -
Construction Project Coordination:
