Wichita Falls, Texas job type: Permanent salary: $90,000 - 120,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Administer and document the Three Phase Inspection System for assigned Definable Features of Work by coordinating Preparatory, Initial, and Follow up stages. Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFI responses to ensure civil, structural, architectural, and MEP installations adhere to design intent, IBC, and ASTM standards. Maintain a field presence 60 percent of the time to monitor subcontractor workmanship, conduct daily quality audits, and track the resolution of Non Conformance Reports. Coordinate schedules and documentation for MEP teams and third party inspectors during final commissioning, testing, and project turnover phases. Require 3 to 5 plus years of commercial or industrial construction experience along with technical proficiency in Procore or similar software and an OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain one.
