job summary: Join a premier builder in Waco, TX renowned for their commitment to precision and excellence in the data center space. As a Quality Coordinator, you won't just monitor compliance; you will support the bridge between technical standards and field execution. Wichita Falls, Texas job type: Permanent salary: $90,000 - 120,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Administer and document the Three Phase Inspection System for assigned Definable Features of Work by coordinating Preparatory, Initial, and Follow up stages. Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFI responses to ensure civil, structural, architectural, and MEP installations adhere to design intent, IBC, and ASTM standards. Maintain a field presence 60 percent of the time to monitor subcontractor workmanship, conduct daily quality audits, and track the resolution of Non Conformance Reports. Coordinate schedules and documentation for MEP teams and third party inspectors during final commissioning, testing, and project turnover phases. Require 3 to 5 plus years of commercial or industrial construction experience along with technical proficiency in Procore or similar software and an OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain one. The essential functions of this role include:working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 3 years of experience
