The Challenge At TURBINE‑X Energy Inc , our projects power critical infrastructure—and keeping them on track takes precision. As Project Manager (Cost & Controls) , you'll play a pivotal role in managing project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and performance across complex industrial and energy projects. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Project Execution teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with full financial visibility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, execution‑focused environment, enjoys digging into the numbers, and knows how to proactively manage cost risk before it becomes an issue. What You'll Do Own project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and earned value tracking across assigned projects Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports Identify cost variances, schedule risks, and trends, and recommend corrective actions Support project setup, including WBS structures, cost codes, baselines, and change management Lead or support change order evaluations, cost impact analysis, and approvals Partner with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to align execution plans Prepare and present project status reports for leadership and stakeholders Ensure accurate documentation, financial controls, and audit readiness Drive continuous improvement in project controls processes, tools, and reporting What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in project cost controls, project management, or financial controls Experience supporting industrial, energy, manufacturing, EPC, or large capital projects Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, earned value, and change management Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, scheduling tools, and project controls software Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving, project‑driven environment Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge assumptions and ask the right questions PMP, CCP, or similar certification a plus (not required) How We Work at TURBINE‑X Our success is powered by our
