Enyo Energy is a small, mission-driven team developing utility-scale energy projects across the West — and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same. You'll help coordinate complex projects, consultants, permitting workflows, and project documentation to keep sustainable energy projects moving from development through due diligence and sale. Enyo Energy At Enyo Energy, we operate as a small, nimble, highly collaborative team that values grit, adaptability, curiosity, and meaningful impact. This role offers the opportunity to work directly alongside Founder Christine Mikell who launched Utah's renewable energy program while working at the Utah Energy Office and later helped develop the Spanish Fork Wind Farm, Utah's first utility-scale renewable energy project. She has spent more than two decades helping shape sustainable energy transition and development across Utah and the broader Intermountain West. Enyo Energy is seeking an experienced, highly organized professional Project Development Manager to lead coordination and execution across multiple renewable energy and low carbon energy development projects. This role will manage project workflows, permitting support, consultant coordination, timelines, due diligence materials, and project documentation while helping drive projects forward. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day coordination and execution for multiple renewable energy development projects Manage timelines, action items, documentation, and follow-through across stakeholders Support permitting, due diligence, consultant coordination, and development workflows Maintain and improve project tracking systems, Smartsheets, and shared documentation Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and operational challenges and proactively drive solutions Coordinate with engineering, environmental, land, and permitting consultants Manage project budgets, development expenditures, invoicing, and financial reporting across active projects Support preparation of materials for financing, project diligence, and project sale activities Track consultant deliverables, project milestones, and permitting requirements Assist with interconnection support and project data gathering Collaborate closely with internal leadership and project partners to keep priorities aligned Qualifications & Experience Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, environmental studies, engineering, renewable energy, or related fields 4+ years of experience in project development, project management, or renewable energy development Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheets Preferred Renewable energy development experience Working knowledge of permitting, interconnection, due diligence, or project development workflows Experience coordinating consultants or cross-functional project teams Experience working in a small company or entrepreneurial environment Enyo Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
