Since 1980, we've delivered flooring, cabinets, countertops, and other interior finish solutions through a combination of global sourcing, coordinated project execution, and a nationwide installation network. About the Role The Senior Project Coordinator plays a critical role in managing product flow, schedules, and communication across active projects. Based in Salt Lake City, this position is responsible for ensuring materials are approved, ordered, and delivered correctly to support field operations. What You'll Do Own the submittal process from preparation through approval. Manage material ordering aligned with project schedules. Coordinate phased deliveries and resolve timing issues. Track vendor lead times and proactively adjust schedules. Provide clear updates to project teams and leadership. Requirements 2+ years of experience in construction coordination, material ordering, or project support. Experience managing product lead times and delivery schedules. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strongly Preferred Flooring or interior finishes experience. Ability to read plans or architectural drawings. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar systems. What We're Looking For Strong planner who anticipates issues before they happen. High ownership and accountability. Comfortable managing multiple active projects. Confident communicator with vendors and internal teams.
Schedule, Pay, and Benefits Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM.
Starting Pay Range:
