Job Description

Marketing Project Manager Diversified Botanics Draper, UT Job Details Full-time $98,570 - $105,725 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Tuition reimbursement 401(k) matching Employee discount Gym membership Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Affiliate marketing campaigns Progress tracking (project management tasks) Full Job Description Our teams move with urgency, but never without evidence, accountability, and respect for the work. This is a place for people who take pride in precision, understand the cost of shortcuts, and show up ready to contribute to a team that runs tight by design. Note to Recruitment Agencies Diversified Botanics does not engage external recruiting agencies. All candidates must apply directly. Role Overview This is a build role, not a maintenance role. You will step into a function that is underdeveloped and expected to scale quickly. As Marketing Project Manager, you will bring structure to ambiguity, drive execution across multiple channels, and create the operational backbone for how marketing runs at this company. You will manage competing priorities, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure marketing initiatives move from concept to execution without loss of speed or quality. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in motion—where priorities shift, information is incomplete, and expectations remain high. What You'll Do Own end-to-end execution of marketing projects across channels (affiliate, digital, lifecycle, and emerging initiatives) Build and implement project management systems, workflows, and tracking mechanisms for marketing Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and external partners Manage affiliate marketing initiatives, including partner coordination, tracking, and performance alignment Translate high-level strategy into actionable timelines, deliverables, and accountability structures Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects without losing momentum or detail Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs Ensure all marketing efforts align with regulatory and compliance requirements Identify gaps in current marketing infrastructure and build processes to close them Drive clarity in ambiguous situations—define next steps when others cannot Hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines and deliverables Continuously improve systems, workflows, and execution standards as the company scales You'll Thrive Here If You Operate well in environments where little is built and expectations are high Can manage 10-15 moving priorities without losing control of execution Pivot quickly without losing direction or composure See ambiguity as a starting point, not a blocker Bring structure, discipline, and follow-through to fast-moving teams Understand how to balance speed with compliance in regulated environments Take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks Are as comfortable building systems as you are executing within them You May Struggle Here If You Need clearly defined processes before you can begin Prefer stability over pace and predictability over change Lose effectiveness when priorities shift rapidly Avoid accountability across cross-functional teams Focus on strategy without a bias toward execution What You Bring 3-6+ years of experience in marketing project management, operations, or a similar execution-focused role Experience in a high-growth or rapidly scaling company Direct experience with affiliate marketing programs and partner coordination Strong project management discipline (timelines, task tracking, stakeholder alignment) Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy industries strongly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills High ownership, adaptability, and executional rigor Alignment with our values: integrity, ownership, evidence, accountability, and velocity Bottom Line This role is for someone who builds order out of motion. You will not inherit a polished marketing machine—you will help create it. Success here means bringing discipline to chaos, speed to execution, and structure to a function that is expected to scale quickly and operate at a high standard. Benefits We invest in our team with benefits designed to support sustained performance and long-term growth—personally and professionally. Health & Insurance 100% company-paid health premiums for employees and their families Mental wellness and support resources Lifestyle, Learning & Development Fitness reimbursement: up to $1,000 per year Tuition reimbursement: up to $5,250 per year Professional development: up to $5,000 per year Employee Perks $150/month in Diversified Botanics products, plus 50% employee discount thereafter Free meals, drinks, and celebration days Compensation & Incentives Discretionary quarterly bonus program 401(k) with 100% match on the first 2% and 50% match on the next 4% Compensation Philosophy We pay competitively and reward consistency, reliability, and impact. Every role includes clear expectations, transparent growth paths, and opportunities to advance through demonstrated performance. Compensation reflects experience, scope, and contribution. AI Proficiency & Innovation AI literacy is considered a core professional capability at Diversified Botanics. Team members are expected to actively explore and apply AI tools to improve speed, insight, and decision-making in their work. We encourage experimentation, rapid learning, and the open sharing of practical AI workflows across teams. Equal Opportunity Diversified Botanics is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to protected characteristics. Work Eligibility & Accommodations We comply with applicable employment laws and provide reasonable accommodations where required. Ready to Contribute at a Higher Standard? Apply to join a team where thoughtful work matters and effort earns real respect. We're not chasing volume—we're looking for alignment.
