This role owns the entire project after the sale is made.
The Project Manager / Crew Lead is responsible for coordinating materials, scheduling installs, managing crews, communicating with customers, tracking every stage of the project, solving issues before they become problems, and ensuring every project is completed on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality.
This person is the operational quarterback of the job.
They must be highly organized, detail-oriented, technology-driven, calm under pressure, and excellent with both customers and crews.
