Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to assist our team to coordinate and manage all pre-construction and residential construction related activities.
Requirements:
1-2 years in residential building Knowledge of home building industry and the entire building process, including building permits, blueprints, build codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods Familiar with Buildertrend (or comparable project management software) and data input Experience with Microsoft Office Strong verbal and written communication skills Consistently detailed and Organized Relentless problem solving skills Ability to anticipate Ability to listen and understand intents and goals Ability to think creatively and innovatively Self starter Initiate and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with teammembers, local government agencies and consultants Professional judgment and discretion that comes from experience in working with customer services, internal teams and 3rd party consultants Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges We are all broom pushers - every member of our team is willing to work and support at all levels
Job Description:
Track and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, purchase orders, project files, design selections, project expenses and invoices. Create contracts. Track signature process and file in appropriate Buildertrend files. Create change orders and purchase orders. Track signature process and file in appropriate Buildertrend files. Set up Subcontractors and Suppliers in Buildertrend Assist in managing Subcontractor's punch lists in a timely manner Manage initial Insurance certificate and updates Project Coordination (point person) between subcontractors, suppliers and office Flexibility working with deadlines and coordination between office departments and subcontractors. Update field and subcontractors with updated plans, designs, selections, documentation and logging this information Set up Utility Accounts Understand construction schedules and assist Site Manager in implementation, updating and overseeing Assist setting up and attend project kick off meetings, office meetings, budget meetings Collect and monitor field project reports and upload into Buildertrend Help with collecting lien waviers when needed Understand RFI's, Correspondence Logs, Change Requests, Submittals, O&M documents,
Drawing Logs and Drawing Revisions Pay:
$21.00 per hour
