Residential / Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Residential / Commercial Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and experience coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines Monitor progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards Conduct site visits and manage day-to-day project activities Resolve issues and provide solutions to keep projects moving forward Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential and commercial construction Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience (or more if preferred) Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management and scheduling software Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field PMP certification or similar project management certification Experience with budgeting and contract management
