As a Project Coordinator , you will play a vital role in helping customers recover from property damage caused by water, fire, mold, storms, broken pipes, and other unexpected disasters. What a Project Coordinator Does at Paul Davis Restoration Manage assigned restoration projects from initial loss through completion. Coordinate project schedules, resources, permits, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and exceptional service throughout the restoration process. Monitor project quality, safety, cleanliness, and workmanship to ensure company standards are met. Maintain accurate job documentation, update project management systems, and ensure project files are complete. Conduct project inspections, manage warranty and quality assurance items, and facilitate final walkthroughs with customers. Collaborate with operations teams, technicians, insurance adjusters, homeowners, and trade partners to keep projects moving forward. Assist with estimating, billing, collections, and scope development as needed. Support reconstruction, contents, marketing, and business development efforts when required. Professionally represent Paul Davis Restoration's values and commitment to customer service. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Job Requirements Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2+ years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, customer service, or related role preferred Restoration or mitigation industry experience is a plus, but not required Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer-based systems Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service Benefits 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) 8 company-paid holidays 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental insurance options Ongoing professional development opportunities Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing organization
