What a Project Coordinator Does at Paul Davis Restoration Manage assigned restoration projects from initial loss through completion. Coordinate project schedules, resources, permits, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and exceptional service throughout the restoration process. Monitor project quality, safety, cleanliness, and workmanship to ensure company standards are met. Maintain accurate job documentation, update project management systems, and ensure project files are complete. Conduct project inspections, manage warranty and quality assurance items, and facilitate final walkthroughs with customers. Collaborate with operations teams, technicians, insurance adjusters, homeowners, and trade partners to keep projects moving forward. Assist with estimating, billing, collections, and scope development as needed. Support reconstruction, contents, marketing, and business development efforts when required. Professionally represent Paul Davis Restoration's values and commitment to customer service. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
