Job Description

Project Manager - Lynn's Audio Video Position Overview Lynn's Audio Video is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial audio/video integration projects from sale through final completion. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing field crews, communicating with clients and builders, tracking project progress, and ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, capable of managing multiple moving parts, and experienced in construction or low-voltage project coordination. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination Manage projects from handoff through completion Review proposals, scopes of work, and project timelines Coordinate with sales, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors Schedule labor, equipment, and material deliveries Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met Client & Builder Communication Serve as primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and builders Attend project meetings and job site walkthroughs Provide consistent updates regarding schedules, delays, and change orders Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and trade partners Operations & Documentation Maintain accurate project records and notes Ensure change orders and scope modifications are documented Coordinate permit or inspection requirements when applicable Verify job completion and punch-list items Assist with project closeout and final invoicing coordination Team Leadership Support field technicians and installation teams Help prioritize workloads and daily scheduling Resolve job site issues quickly and professionally Promote accountability and high-quality workmanship QualificationsRequired 3+ years of project management or construction coordination experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience reading plans, wiring layouts, or construction documents Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and project tracking software Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience in low-voltage, AV integration, networking, or smart home systems Knowledge of residential construction processes Familiarity with Control4, Savant, Lutron, or similar systems Experience with job costing and scheduling software Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonuses available Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement Supportive team-oriented environment Success Metrics The Project Manager will be evaluated on: Project completion timelines Customer satisfaction Reduction of project delays and callbacks Accuracy of scheduling and coordination Communication effectiveness Project profitability and organization About Lynn's Audio Video Lynn's Audio Video specializes in custom home technology integration including home theaters, distributed audio, networking, surveillance, lighting control, automation, and commercial AV systems.
