As their nationwide portfolio continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to help lead and execute commercial roofing projects across multiple U.S. markets. This is a well-planned traveling PM role with structured schedules, short-term travel only, and no long-term out-of-town assignments. Role Summary This role is ideal for a seasoned Commercial Roofing PM who thrives in a mix of office leadership and selective field engagement. You'll oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality execution, financial performance, and clear communication across teams. PM / Senior PM level 5+ years of commercial roofing PM experience (more experience welcomed) 75% office / 25% field 60% New Construction | 40% Re-Roofing Projects are planned and scheduled
