You Are:

A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV or Residential Electrical (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Schedule:

Full Time (40hrs/Wk)•We do not short your hours!!! Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Work Orders:

Issue to team, coordinate with third parties

Quality Control:

Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations Plan sets/

Blueprints:

Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team

Change Orders:

Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute

Environment:

Work on construction sites with situational awareness •Experience with Lutron Lighting Control (RA3/QSX) and Motorized Shades
