Project Manager

Job Description Hardwire Electric is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong electrical background to lead and oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a highly organized professional with deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, safety, and budget expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through completion Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines Review plans, specifications, and electrical drawings Ensure compliance with all codes, safety standards, and company policies Oversee field personnel and subcontractors Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Resolve issues and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of electrical experience (commercial/industrial preferred) Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical field Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction processes Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license
