Role:
As one of the top mail and digital vendors in the political industry, Arena takes pride in our ability to deliver quality work efficiently and effectively for our clients. Project Coordinators in the Direct Response Department play a critical role in supporting teams and ensuring the successful execution of client email and SMS fundraising campaigns. They coordinate tasks across creative, design, and data teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet client objectives, and maintain the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive on coordination, communication, and campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects from planning through delivery across email, SMS, and fundraising channels. Serve as the liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met. Use project management tools (Monday.com) to plan timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines - communicating updates proactively. Support teams in campaign setup, execution, and reporting. Proof and edit campaign materials including emails, SMS messages, and WinRed pages. Coordinate with creative and design teams on graphic requests and content development. Monitor key performance metrics and campaign deliverability, identifying opportunities to optimize performance and mitigate issues. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and Arena's internal quality standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project workflows and communication processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in project management or coordination. Basic understanding of project management processes and tools. Candidates with limited project management experience but extensive political background and campaign knowledge will also be considered. Experience in digital fundraising, political communications, or email/SMS campaigns is a plus.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Experience with Monday.com preferred. Familiarity with digital campaign tools such as WinRed , email platforms, and SMS software is a plus. Comfortable working with data and generating campaign performance reports.
