Position Overview The Roofing Project Manager is responsible for managing residential roofing projects from initial homeowner interaction through signed agreement and into production. This is a field-based, performance-driven role that combines project ownership, customer engagement, and sales execution. Project Managers actively generate opportunities through neighborhood outreach, perform roof inspections, present tailored roofing solutions, and guide homeowners through insurance and retail processes. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and a smooth transition from sale to production. Comprehensive training is provided on roofing systems, sales processes, and insurance fundamentals to support your success in the role. Key Responsibilities Generate new roofing opportunities through residential outreach and referrals Conduct roof inspections and assess homeowner needs Educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance claims, and retail options Present estimates and proposals and secure signed agreements Maintain consistent communication with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle Track leads, inspections, and customer interactions accurately Represent Ikon Roof professionally in all field interactions Qualifications Comfortable building your own pipeline through canvassing and field outreach Strong communication skills and ability to follow a structured process Self-motivated and dependable in a performance-driven role Physically able to climb ladders and access roofs safely Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Smartphone required for scheduling, documentation, and communication Prior door-to-door or field sales experience is a plus, but not required Ability to manage time independently Flexible availability; travel opportunities may be available Compensation & Earnings Typical on-target earnings of $75,000-$125,000 annually Top performers regularly earn $300,000+ per year Project-based commissions starting at 8% per project Performance bonuses allow commission increases up to 10% No income cap — earnings are directly tied to performance and consistency Why Join Ikon Roof?
