The RISE Project Manager is the facilitator and bridge between departments during the fulfillment process. The RISE PM revels in the responsibility of ensuring every project is delivered in full and to the RISE standards. With a fierce sense of ownership, they will deliver client expectations down process and provide final oversight before delivery. This position requires a Project Manager who is familiar in the Tradeshow Industry and is detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and meet demanding deadlines. Organization, clear communication and follow up are critical and essential to success in this position. The Project Manager is a proactive, independent worker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills and Attributes Experience in the Tradeshow Industry Construction or Commercial Print experience a plus Detail-oriented and possess above average organizational skills. Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask to manage demanding deadlines. Excellent customer service and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. The RISE PM will need to be an exceptional communicator, with a high degree of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Works well both independently and as a team player, both in the office and at show site, with little to no supervision. Demonstrate leadership skills with ability to delegate and give direction. The ability to analyze and interpret general business contracts, write reports and other business correspondence. Proficient in budgeting, cost accounting, and invoice reconciliation. Resourcefulness is critical. The PM must possess innovative problem-solving and decision-making skills, under pressure and sometimes urgent situations. Must be willing to travel (from time to time), both locally and nationwide to show site locations. Core Responsibilities - Project Fulfillment and Oversight Primary Functions Quality Assurance Compose production Work Orders Schedule and lead Kick Off Meeting Manage timelines with production. Identify and overcome holdups Track Change Orders with AM and facilitate fulfillment with Production Other Functions Attend the Hand Off Meeting Identify and track down unknowns Assign Engineering and Graphics tasks in Basecamp Special orders Create show books Attend the dockside meeting for quality control Show site support, as needed Coordinate and run client previews with the AM Weekend availability for I & D and shipping logistical issues
